Moving from AI Confidence to Evidence

Having AI controls in place is not the same as proving they work. As models, real-world data, and regulatory requirements change, an assurance process completed only before launch quickly becomes outdated. Organizations need continuing evidence that their AI systems remain accurate, fair, robust, legally compliant, and fit for their intended purpose. The Assurance pillar of Vertex11’s the 15 Guardrails of AI focuses on two guardrails: Model Risk & Performance Testing Policy, Legal & Regulatory Alignment Together, they contain 25 controls designed to test AI performance, detect drift, assess impact, maintain regulatory alignment, and produce evidence that can withstand review by boards, auditors, and regulators. The controls have been validated against NIST AI RMF 1.0, the EU AI Act, ETSI TS 104 223, and ISO/IEC 42001:2023. Download “Assurance: Proving It Works, and That It’s Allowed To” to learn how your organization can move from assuming its AI is safe and compliant to demonstrating it.
